The raw materials of thermoplastic low-smoke non-halogen flame-retardant polyolefin cable compound series products conform to the latest EU REACH Standards, and the finished products are made from the raw material mixture by precise mixing, smelting, extruding and pelletizing. Process

If the material is stored in a warehouse for over three months, the material shall be dried at 50-60℃ in ventilated conditions for at least 2 hours before use.

It is recommended to use the screws of low compression ratio (1.2~2.0:1) to improve the cable production efficiency.

It is recommended that the set temperature in each zone of the extruder shall be as follows.
