Process
If the material is stored in a warehouse for over three months, the material shall be dried at 50-60℃ in ventilated conditions for at least 2 hours before use.
It is recommended to use the screws of low compression ratio (1.2~2.0:1) to improve the cable production efficiency.
It is recommended that the set temperature in each zone of the extruder shall be as follows.
