Vermont revised flame retardant regulations

Recently, the us state of vermont revised a regulations on flame retardant. The existing laws and regulations newly joined for flame retardant triphosphate (2 - ethyl chloride) ester TCEP and (1, 3 - dichloro isopropyl) phosphate TDCPP limit requirements.

 

Including: since January 1, 2014, in addition to the retailers, no one shall be made in vermont, provide sales or contain TCEP or TDCPP content more than 0.1% (mass percent) of children's products or residential decoration of furniture; Since July 1, 2014, any retailers need to stop selling or providing containing TCEP or TDCPP content more than 0.1% (mass percent) of children's products or residential decoration of furniture; Since July 1, 2013, in the manufacture of the above contain TCEP or TDCPP manufacturers need to report to sales of the products; Since July 1, 2013 to March 31, 2014, in addition to the retailers, any in the manufacturing, distribution and sales of the products containing TCEP or TDCPP person, shall be to seller to co-ordinate downstream, bulletin information must be in the form of mail to send, and inform contains TCEP or TDCPP amount.
